Mexican cream sauce?

One of the Robertos Mexican restaurants we go to makes this awesome white cream sauce that they pour over fruit and add coconut. It's not Mexican sour cream nor Mexican sweetened condensed milk. Any ideas?

its not sour cream its regular sweet cream. Go to the supermarket and buy regular heavy cream or half and half if you want to save calories, just don't get the flavored cream because thats usually good in coffee. I don't have the recipe but I can imagine that this is something sweet and savory. Sweet cream over fresh fruit with a touch of coconut
