Microsoft Outlook with Bussiness manager

Question

Microsoft outlook 2007 is a complete mess. I t turns on and off while the screen turns "blue" or "claudy". I just do do not know what to do. I have hear a lot of complaints so I know is a local problem in my copmputer. Do you have any solution? I am trying to use live mail but if I have more than one e-mail account that is not microsoft it is another mess. Any help out there?
