All functions work fine, but no heat. The fuse and all thermal cutouts are good. I replaced the HV diode (was shorted), and the HV cap checks good. I've read that the magnetron filament should measure "less than 1 ohm." Mine measures 0.04 ohms, seems a bit low, but I don't know. Also, all 3 windings of the HV transformer look OK.
