Miley Cyrus Bedroom?

Question

Where can I get items that will help me make my room look like Miley Cyrus's bedroom? I am on a budget so cheap places like target, ikea, walmart, lowes, etc. will be great.

Here is a picture of her bedroom. I want the left picture with her in it not the right.

YOu buy fabric at a fabric store in Zebra print, and buy a chair a yardsale and you can take off the cushions and use the new fabric to refabric it, you can just use a staple gun or duct tape on the bottom of the seat if you can't sew.

Buy stencils at a craft store and use them to get that funky paint job.

but,

for example, her zebra chair, you can get a chair thats similar (and cheaper) and get zebra print and make your own
