Missed period but no s*x...?

My bf and I are sexually active, but we haven't done it in a long time. But I missed my last period and now, I'm getting cramps but no period... (it should be coming around now too...) What should I do?

Wait it out.  Sometimes if you are under a lot of stress or fatiqued your period can be late.  Wait a few days, if you dont get your period, take a test.  How long is a "long time".  My husband thinks 20 minutes is a long time (j/k) but....

I bet you are suffering from stress.  Also.

You may have hypothyroidism?  That causes irregular periods.

It could be just some irregularity. :) And the cramps could be just a normal thing. I'm irregular, and I tend to still have cramps when I'm suppose to have my period. But if you think it isn't that, then there's nothing wrong in trying pregnancy test.  :)
