Hi All

Not sure if you can help with this one.

We currently use the Mitel 3300 platform - but I am having trouble trying to canhge the Group Name on the agent group assignment.

Group ID Number
Group Name
Group Reporting Number
Group uses Skills

1701

No

The above shows Group ID Number 1701 but the Group Name is Blank and I am not sure where to change this - any ideas would be great
