Modern day Druidry...?

Question

I have become quite interested in the practices of modern day druidry, but there doesn't seem to be a whole lot of information about it provided on the Internet! I realize that there really isn't much known bout the ancient druids, so what do modern day druids practice?

I guess I would like to know what kinds of rituals are involved in this religion, or any other information about it that you guys can provide. Or if you know of some good sites that would be spectacular.

I would research back to days of Avalon. I'm looking into it myself and I read and loved the Mists of Avalon. From what I read it is the woman who are priestesses and the men are druids. I could be wrong but this is what I think.

Whatever modern "druids' practice is made up.  We don't know the practices of the druids.

But we do know that the "druids" were a priestly CLASS of men, and not a religion, so under what authority would you become a druid?  

It just seems to me that it would be better to become something AUTHENTIC, not something made up -- a pseudoreligion.

Merry Meet,

You should look into Wicca. Its not "Devil Worship" because we dont belive there is a "Devil". We Love nature, and work with it a whole lot. We love animals and have Familiars, our animal guides. you  just may look into it.
