haha experiences help you deal with situations as reports have suggested that people often rely on past experiences and knowledge to apply to the new but similar situation they face.

and in terms of inter personnel skills, i believe you will learn whats the best way when dealing with different characters, especially irksome characters.

as such with an expereince usually helps a person to make better judgement and decisions as he would have known the possible outcomes from specific actions.

neverthesless sometimes a talented brain can come up with unique and fresh ideas which might work and people call taht- brilliance.
