  1. Morphine can knock out your will to breath. 60mgs is quite a bit, but it won't necessarily make you quit breathing. It just depends on the person and their size. 2500 mg of Tylenol is a lot at one time, and can be hard on your organs but in an adult we give up too 1000mg twice a day, so don't worry about the Tylenol. That can be a lot of morphine for a little person!

There isnt help besides going to the hospital. Poison control will tell you to do the same.

  2. age?

weight with units, ie. lbs, kg, stones.

    And history of opioids.

  3. The morphine might be deadly, the Tylenol is not.  You need a bit more Tylenol than that to knock off your liver.

If it was an oral morphine preparation, it's probably not enough to kill, but it depends on the weight, physical condition and that person's particular response to the medication.

Call poison control, and watch the breathing.  If the respiratory rate gets below 8 or 10 a minute, it's time to seek medical attention.  There is a reversal agent (naloxone) for morphine, which solves the immediate problem.

The reason why the person tried to overdose is a separate problem that needs attention as well.
