Why is it that when you play games u begin to shake when u lose the game?

This actually isn't a dumb question at all.

I would guess that it is definitely the adrenaline.  The same type of thing happens in other situations where adrenaline "kicks in."  Say you are nearly in a car accident, missing a collision.  You tense up and feel some stress, but once you are in the clear, your body suddenly starts shaking.  It's from the adrenaline.  I looked around online for a better explanation if you are really interested in reading more on it.

Probably has something to do with your adrenaline. You've gotten all amped up and then let down and those chemicals don't have any other release but to make you shake or shiver.

Firstly it could be adrenaline which would explain the shaking only if the game is long and drawn out and you focus a lot.

Secondly it could be something very psycological. do some research and if you dont think its adrenaline check it out in case its something worse and it gets people hurt. Its totally possible.
