  1. Christopher Reeve is the only famous handicapped person I can think of.


  2. Louis Braille.  Invented the Braille system of dots for reading and writing at the age of 15.

    Annie Sullivan.  Although nearly blind herself, she still was able to teach Helen Keller.

  9. I don't know any people with handicaps!  I know people with different disabilites and that is a big difference!  A person who is handicapped uses their disability as an excuse to not further themselves or be productive.  A person with a disability does not see themself as incapable of doing something!
