Motherboard crash

Hello, i have a problem about repairing my motherboard. Problem that: When i press power button there no any action. I tested my ATX by myself, it is working. I can change any part of motherboard (transistor, pin, condensator) of my motherboard, just help me please. My mail is: trecords2008@hotmail.com
