I have a MARS Foxconn motherboard ,i have a problem with this mobo , in a few words this mobo looks dead ( this happened after a possible short circuit from the back of the northbridge to the metallic mobo tray ) I already check the PSU two times with a PSU tester and the PSU is OK , i swap this Foxconn MARS mobo and installed a older Foxconn 945P7AA Motherboard and the PC with this older mobo is working properly OK ,I have connected the 24 pin connector and also the extra 8 pin power connector to the CPU , the Power Supply is a Seasoinic 650W energy plus, the blue Standby LED on the Foxconn MARS motherboard dont light on when I switch the PSU on,must be for sure a problem with the MARS mobo , but where ? what can I do? I have a expensive multimeter , thank you for the help
