  1. The liquid left, for example after cooking corned beef in a crockpot or slow cooker, the liquor is used to make the mustard sauce.

Other than that all I can think of, is maybe someone is floating a joint in their beer?????

  2. Pot liquor is the liquid that remains when you have cooked greens such as collard greens, turnip greens, mustard greens or cabbage.  Here in the south we serve cornbread with our greens and crumble the cornbread up in a bowl of pot liquor to soak up all of the juices and flavor.

  3. I may not qualify as a mother, even though I have children. Pot liquor is the liquid left in a pan or skillet after the food is removed.

  4. not a mother but let it simmer over.

  5. lol @ beautiful...funny stuff

  6. The liquid left in the pot after you poach/boil/simmer something.
