I get the impression that Casey is saying something and Rossi is just listeing...

If it's like that I would say that... Casey is asking Rossi for an advise, something about his bike ;) It's well known that Vale is one of the most skillful riders ever! I say that Stoner needs Vale's opinion and of course the Doctor will be as helpful as much as he can!
