i live at latitude 51.3 longditude 0.7 i have set the motor to the correct latitude and the dish to 30 degrees and i am pretty sur i am pointing true south.

i called a local dish guy today and was qouted £149 just to line the dish up!!!.

i have the dish on a pole 7ft with clear line of site and i am using a sat finder, should it really be this hard to do.

i never had any problems setting up my sky.

  1. Possibly you reversed some of the wires at the position controller.

That could cause the dish to either:

    1) Rotate in the opposite direction.

    2) be set 120 degrees out.

    3) be set 240 degrees out.

    4) stop completely.

    Check your installation manual.
