  1. Get a used car that is effecient. It will save you gas money, and probably you will put less maintinance on it than your old car. As for the apartment, try getting a cheaper one until you make more money and then get a better one.

  2. logic tells me a car first, it dosent matter what kind... get a car AAA and then an apartment, otherwise you will end up never getting the car, or always getting rides

  3. Stay with your grandparents (unless they want you to leave / you yourself want to leave) -- and save for the car. Get the car you can afford right now and save money so you can have both a good car and an apartment of your own in the future.

  4. You already have a car.  In your own words "it runs rather good".

    You don't have an apartment.

I think it's fairly obvious which one you need next.

Keep the old Buick, keep it running well by maintaining it.  It won't break down if you keep it maintained. You won't lose your job if you're late one day because of an unexpected car problem.

  5. car

  6. get out

  7. listen to me life is to hard now so if I were you, I will stay with your grandparents and live there for at least a year than save up for your apartment. look if your grandparents aren't give you a hard time or pressuring you on moving out than way not stay, help them out with a little bills and have up for you car because there is a little matter  that your Buick might now run again. so its been you work for a least 8 months but that time you should already save up enough money for the car and buy it cash hand, no paper work or signing, Cash Hand. trust me if you move out right now without any future plan or any money save up than you will see your life will turn bad for you. its not easy right now. I have a friend who is 36 who is telling me about the same situation unlike you he has no body to support him or help me out. so he stuck on his own, working two jobs and still not good enough for him and with him paying for his apartment and his bills and his 11000 Toyota 4runner Limited 2000. he is not trying to give up and get his our car back and return this car back to the dealer. so trust me. I have heard a lot from people and its not easy moving out by yourself now, so save your money, buy yourself a descent nice reliable car with a better gas mileage and save more money for moving out. good luck.
