Moving to Canada, legal forms?

Question

I'm looking for someone who sponsored a family member to come to canada or someone who was sponsored by a family member to come to canada. if you know about the IMM 1344A, IMM 1344B, IMM 5481, and IMM 5540.

I phoned the immigration center and the recording said that it was possible for me (Canadian) to sponsor my spouse (American) while he is here in Canada "visiting" or whatever. Is this right? He doesn't have to be in America while the application is being processed?

Hi, I am an American and my husband (Canadian) sponsored me to come to Canada.  There are two ways to apply. 1.  from inside Canada  2.  from outside Canada.  I did outside Canada but my best friend did from within Canada.  Anyway, I know about both processes.  Which are you interested in????  Email me [e-mail]
