Moving to kolathur?

hi

we are moving from bangalore to a place called kolathur in chennai. can any one please suggest me how is the area,water facitliy,doe it come under the city limits,pollution free,nearby to school etc etc

any thing that tells more about this area.

1) 2 bed room rent is around Rs. 4000 per month, 29, Murugan koil street, First cross, Vivekananda Nagar, Kolathur.
