Moyer diebel 500ht manual

HELLO, and we bought a Deli business with the Moyer Diebel 500ht. However the previous owners didn't teach us how to use the machine. I can't find the manual on the web. Can someone just give be the brief instructions how to operate the machine, 'cuz I don't want to break it.
