  1. Hey, just a word of warning, don't over work yourself. You have three months to drop 5 kg, and that is enough time. Running is good, but dont do it every day, at the most, do it every other day, and try to run on grass. Constant running on pavement can lead to stress fractures in your legs, and it hurts like h**l.

One of the best thinks that you can do is jump rope. Go out, take a timer with you, set it for 30 seconds (in which you dont stop until the time is out) and work yourself up to two minutes. Buy some wrist and ankle weights, and practice your punches and kicks with them on.

As for supplements, since your trying to lose the 5 kg, i wouldn't take anything more than a protein shake.

Some crunches, push-ups, pull-ups, sprints, weight lifting, leg pressing. Also do sparring in this time (not hard enough to where you can get serioulsy hurt). And do alot of cardio and lung work out.

Also meditate 5-10 minutes everyday. It will help your focus and keep you relaxed.

Oh, and one more thing, when you have some down time, lay on your bed and imaginge yourself in a fight. Counter the kicks and punches that the guy is throwing.

As for your fight, just relax, keep a cool head, and have some fun. Remember one thing:

Control the outcome of the fight, it's on you.

  2. DO NOT practice punches and kicks with wrist and ankle weights on. Unless you really want to get yourself injured. Everything else is fine, just not using wrist and ankle weights, that stuff is purely for aerobics. If you want to punch with weight, grab some 1/2 or 1 pound dumbells and shadow box with those, it'll help with muscle endurance.

  3. Eat low-fat yogurt, practice your best techinques, and predict what your opponent will do. Your strikes should be successful, and don't give up.

  4. There are many of us out here its the matter of where to look , take a look at the site that i left for you http://www.ikfkickboxing.com/

  5. on a now training night go running, it'll reduce stress, give your legs, lungs and heart strength and endurance, plus shave off that unwanted weight. If by the last month you're still not light enough, lightly spar or run with a sauna suit on.
