  1. question:

    (x-1) (x+4) (x+3)

then u multiple the first two polynomials:

    (x^2+3x-4) (x+3)

now u multiply like how ur suppossed to multiply polynomials, except this time, as u will c, there will be three terms to multiple with each one, so u get:

    x^3+3x^2+3x^2+9x-4x-12

    now, add the like terms:

    x^3+6x^2+5x-12

  2. (x-1) (x+4) (x+3)

    (x^2+3x-4) (x+3)

    (x^2+3x-4)x + (x^2+3x-4)3

    x^3 + 3x^2 - 4x + 3x^2 + 9x -12

    Answer:

    x^3 + 6x^2 +5x - 12
