Muscle cramping......?

ive recently had some bad

experinces with karma. one

of them being that i was frustrated

that one of our football players

kept cramping up last night.

well last night at my friends house,

i got the woooooorst charlie horse.

i was up for an hour because my

calf muscles were spazzing out.

i just want to know why your

muscles do that? like ill be sleeping

and stretch out my leg and bam.

my leg is cramping up.

ugh.
