ok so I was at cross country camp a week ago and we had extra time so we went down to the beach and decided to jump off a cliff. yea smart.I landed wrong in the water and all my weight went on my left leg. it hurt really bad. I couldnt walk for 2 days. I dont know what muscle it is. it hurts to do a squat. im thinking it might be my thigh. it hurts above and below my knee whenever I move. I need a way to heal it fast cause Im not going to miss cross country practice cause of a stupid injury.
