Music in the Olympics...?

I'm watching right now and all the music is American. The US is playing Norway. Is it normal for it all to be from the states? I haven't heard anything but our music.

Our music (American Music) is widely know and converted to other languages. Even is another country's competitor doesn't know the words, they might know the tune. They also have some Chinese music since it is located in Bejing.
