Salam for you my dear friend.Yes I agree with you it is shameful.The true Islam should respect women and do not to degrade them.We are not allowed to kill non muslims if they did not make a fitnah or attack us. as stated in Al Baqarah vrerse 190 and 191 .We should keep in peace with them if they have stopped it as stated in the surah Al Baqarah.verse 192 Killing other muslim is haram if it has no strong and valid reason.All muslims are brothers and sisters and Allah wants us to be united.
