My Antonia question?

I have to do a 5 paragraph essay on My Antonia. The prompt for this essay is as follows: In your essay, explain how Mr. Shimerda's, Jim Burden's, and Antonia's Shimerda's interactions with the prairie affects their lives.

I honestly have no idea where to even begin! i read the book but i still can't really come up with anything! do you guys have any ideas??

My suggestion is to look it up on sparknotes.

I wish I could give you help on the book but I hated it soo much and slept through any classtime that we read it.
