My CAD E-100

I just got my mics out of storage after moving and I have found the Batteries oxidized in my CAD E100 mic.... first where do I get new Batteries and second is there anyone that can cleanup and repair the mic? the batteries board is all messed up with the oxidation.. any suggestions?thx for your helpSue
