My Computer Crashes Often HELP!!?

My computer crashes when i am watching a video, or doing something that requires a lot of memory, it gives me a message saying "Windows virtual memory too low" then about 5 minutes later it just shuts down. i have to unplug the power cord and plug it back in to make it work help pleez. o yeah, i forgot, its not a virus because i have a virus protector.

First of all, it actually could be a virus, but the chance is very low.

What the problem really seems to be is that you have insufficient RAM to do all the stuff you're trying to do, so you exhaust all of the system's RAM and hard disk memory.

The only good way to solve your problem is to buy and install some more RAM.

Also, specs for your computer would be helpful. Like, CPU speed, videocard, how much RAM, etc.
