My Internet Turns Off At 11:00

My Dad Set The Internet To Go Off At 11:00 Every night. How Can I Undo This. It Was For The School Year But Now Its Summer. How Is He Making It Turn Off? Our Laptops Still Get Wireless But Not The Desktops Which Is What I Want To Use. He Dosnt Do It Manualy Or By His Laptop Because He Can Not Be Here And His Laptop Can Be Off But It Still Goes Off.

Help On How To Undo This Or How Hes Doing It???
