My Itunes has frozen, help!

ok, so for a few days now my itunes has been stuffed. i open it and it looks normal and stuff but when i try to listen to a song or scroll down or click o anything it screws up, and the only way i can close it is through the task manager! how can i fix it?

Also, go to start, run, type in msconfig. Goto startup tab and Deselect everything. Then reboot. Then delete temp files and tracking cookies that are using up your memory. Use cleanup 4.0. then use antispyware make sure a lot is not turned on in taskmanager.

Uninstall/reinstall?

Reinstall it. When you install it again. It will repair itself.
