My Motorola cell phone is not working properly. When I call out, I cannot hear the phone ringing on the other end nor can I hear the person I'm calling. However, the person on the other end can hear me. Also, when I use the speaker phone feature, I can hear the other person and he/she can hear me. I don't like using the speaker phone.What is wrong?
