  1. Some graphics programs and/or toolbars have options to constrain mouse movement in the horizontal and/or vertical only. Also, I've seen some mouse drivers that have an option to constrain the movement. Is the behavior showing up during or after you've used a particular program? Does your mouse have this feature? It could be that you are inadvertently triggering the "feature". If you think it might be one of these, open the program, tool or mouse screen, and search the Help for "constrain mouse movement". That will probably tell you where the feature is and how it is activated.

  2. Check the sensitivity of your mouse, and try using it again. If there is no improvement, changing it will be the best option you can do.

  3. Open the the bottom disk plastic turning left, get balls and clean this with damp cloth. Just use your finger nails to get the dirt off the rollers.

Inside you will see 3 rollers, clean them those lining dirt.

Return ball and disk plate turning right.

    Rebooth computer.

    I hope this helps.

  4. That's an easy one... turn your mouse upside down then open the part where the ball is, take out the ball, remove all of the dirt that you will see inside there.  When that is done, place the ball back in, put the cover back on, then turn the mouse right-side up and use it...

  5. Open the lid and take out the ball. Soak the ball with water and then dry it. After scratch all the dirt out with your fingernails, don't forget to clean the 3 rollers aswell.
