My New Home Memory Craft

My New Home Memory Craft 8000 sewing machine tipped over and now says bobbin winding on the screen. It will sew only forward and no other controls work. Any assistance on how this could be fixed. I know it is an older model computer embroidery machine but it has work wonderfully until now. Thank youSusan
