My parakeet keeps shoving her beak into her feathers, way down deep & won't move. Also when I try to pick her up or pet her, she bites me REALLY hard. What's wrong with her??

  1. The shoving-beak-into-feathers is how they normally sleep.  Are you trying to pick her up when she does this?  If so, she's mad at you for interrupting her nap.  Just like people, animals don't like being woken up when they're sleeping, and they like to take naps sometimes.

However, if you're trying to pick her up while she's already awake, and she's sleeping for a lot of the day (and especially if she's on the bottom of the cage!), that's a sign of sickness and you need to take her to an avian vet in this case.

  2. she hates you, she's in pain, you need a shower.. h**l I don't know just go to a vet it's that simple...
