My Vista Clock has gone Military?

Question

Suddenly my clock on Windows Vista went from 1 - 12 hours to 1 - 24 hours. Is there ANY way I can get it back to the 1 -12 hour format? If so HOW? I'm new to Vista.

click the clock its and option to change it. but the real question is why when military time is so much better?

2 regional and language options

3 customize the format

4 time tab

5 change format to h:mm:ss:tt for 12hr clock

- HH:mm:ss for 24hr
