My Windows Xp Boot Problem ?

Basically I Have An Windows Xp Pro Cd An Whenever I Want To Boot A Certain Erro Called TxtSetup.Sif Is Corrupt What Shall I Do Plus My HardDrive Wont Format Passed 80% Weird And Neeeed Help Please Btw I Tried To Format With My Windows Home Cd.. Please Help

well what i would try if i were you, is downloading the linux software gparted,  you can put it on a CD and boot into that, like you would boot into windows. try formatting with that, if that doesnt work, then its probably the hard drive.... but try it...

try a new  or different h/d cable ,it could be defunct & causing i/o problems.

It is probably to do with the hard drive itself. It is most likely damaged there is nothing you can do about that. So my advice to you would be to...

1. Get a Pro in !

2. Take it back and get a new one !

3. Keep trying lol !
