  1. Use a weight that is very challenging.  Add weight the next time.  Can't give you an exact weight to use since I don't know your strength.  Just use weight that is heavy and don't be a wuss.

    For your muscles to be BIG you'll probably be using 60-70 pound dumbbells on those exercises, but that will be awhile.  Just aim for adding weight whenever you can right now.


  2. carry 50lbs (1st set) for each arm and do 8 - 10 reps... 3 sets (biceps) same with ur tricep exercise.... add 10lbs every after set or 20 if u wnt....

  3. why do you want BIG muscles??? I never understood those lifter guys who look like they are roid-raging all the time... huge muscles are disgusting... why don't you work on getting yourself toned and in nice shape... oh yeah and also girls hate those "I-lift-24/7" guys... if you think having huge muscles will get you girls, forget about it ;)
