My backhandspring?

okay, i can do my backhandspring (BHS) on my trampoline and on the air-tramp at my cheering gym. i used to be able to do it on the ground. and now i am scared. i know i am going to have a spotter and everything but do you think i can pull it off alone? heres me on the trampoline doing it. and i can do my back tuck on the tramp and air tramp too. :)

  1. youll be fine, just try jumping a lot higher, and then going backwards.

    the 1st time u do it on the ground, get someone 2 spot u just in case. she/he dosnt have 2 rly do anythnig, just 2 b there in case.

  2. You whip your head back a little, wich makes you undercut. Try to to your back tuck and BHS without jumping. And before you do it on the ground try doing it on a cheese mat or somthing. And before you jump back act like your sitting down in a chair, and dont whip your head back and keep your legs together.

  3. Fear is the hardest thing to overcome.

    A back hand spring on the ground shouldn't be diffulcult for someone like you. Take a deep breathe, trust your spotter and control your fear.
