My books are going to be close to $600...most of them are construction courses. I'm trying to find the cheapest place online to get them...I've tried Amazon, and the difference is only about what shiiping costs..so not much savings there. Please help!

  1. Try these sites:

    http://www.eBay.com

    http://www.half.com

    http://www.textbooks.com

  2. You might consider www.shop.com

They sometimes offer a discount, say 3 to 5% cheaper than even Target.com

    Best of luck to you.

  3. 4 ideas for you to consider:

1.) see if your local library or university library has the books available for lending. Some universities have books available for reading in-house only rather than lending so that students can share.

2.) try posting notices in your dorm or on campus that you are looking to buy these books. Sometimes a student will sell directly to another student because they can make a bigger profit than by selling back to the bookstore.

3.) try posting a listing on craigslist.org in the "wanted" category.

4.) talk to your teacher and see if they have some used copies or any suggestions for where you could buy the books at a discounted rate.

  4. www.ecampus.com

    www.abebooks.com

    www.bookfinder4u.com

    www.affordabook.com

    www.campusi.com

    Hope Some of these Help!
