  1. keep pumping on a breast pump... it wont feel like it's working but it is..

  2. Cut out the formula and nurse the baby from your breast and if that isn't possible then you need to use a breast pump at least twice a day to make up for the missed natural feedings from your daughter

  3. try pumpingthrought the day to maintain your supply. keep the pumped bottles in the fridge , theywill last up to four hours, or freeze them for a later date, good up to a year

  4. If it is low to where you think you're gonna dry up soon and not be able to produce anymore, go see your doctor. He can give you a shot of oxytocin which will stimulate the prolactin glands, and make more supply.

  5. Hi,

Make sure to breastfeed as much as possible. It's much better for your milk supply then pumping.

Get plenty of rest, eat healthy, and continue taking your prenatal vitamin. Try not to worry, as this does decrease your supply.

I would start drinking an herbal lactation tea like Breastea. You should start seeing an increase in your milk supply within a few days. You can order it online at Breastea.com

    Hope this helps.
