My camera wont turn on!?

i have a kodak dx 7440 that was working fine. today i went to turn it on and it turns on for a second and just goes dead.the battery is fully charged. now it wont turn on period, anyone know anything about this camera and if it has a reset button? any help is appreciated.

Number one killer of camera batteries-the hot sun. If you left your camera in a hot car or in direct sunlight, then your battery is toast. No reset switch will fix this . Either your CCD chip that is like your cameras brain is dead, but it will usually still turn on, it just won't show a pic on the screen usually or it's your battery. Dew may be present, but usually it will flash an error code if this is the case.
