My cell phone was stolen?

My cellphone was stolen a while ago, and my mom won't let me get a new one until now. Is there any type of discount for people who had their phone's stolen? That's what my cousin told me, but is he right? Thanks.

no but if you had insurance you can get the same model for $50

hope you had the smarts to cancel the service so no one can use that phone.   someone stole one from my son some years ago and within a couple days had run up a bill for about $250.00   calling  Egypt and Saudi Arabia, while the phone company was somewhat understand i still had to pay half that bill, which was about $125.00.

if your phone was over two years old they might give you a discount if you sign up for another two years.  if not i don't think they're going to be of much help to ya.

it would seem to me if the phone was stolen someone would have used that phone by now.

perhaps you just lost or misplaced that phone.   have you tried calling that phone to see if anyone answers it?
