My cockatiels???

Question

Why do my cockatiels shiver all the time? I have two females and I have had them for about four or five years. They have shivered from the day I brought them home. Why?

my cocatiels shiver now and then, but it is while they are fluffed up and feeling happy and comfortable.  It does not mean they are cold or sick.

sometimes it is excitement that i am giving them attention.

are they healthy and happy, or do they look sickly?
