my mouse isn't working, when i click the start button the menue doesn't go back down....

  1. If it's a desktop mouse you may need a new one if you've had it for a while.


  2. A-wall? or AWOL (Away WithOut Leave)? Hmm... This sound kind of tough... Perhaps your mouse/keyboard jacks are messed up? Try reconnecting them. If it does not work, then I am afraid you will need to buy a new one.
