My contacts prescription is?

-8.00 in both of my eyes.

Will my eyes ever get better? Or will I be forever be doomed to contacts? Are my eyes too bad to get lasik?

I'm only 15...btw.

Chances are your eyes will not get better and may even get worse.  Nearsightedness usually progresses through the teens and stabilizes in the twenties.  

-8.00 is not too high for laser surgery, but there are other factors to be considered when determining if someone is eligible for surgery (eye health, corneal thickness, etc.).  You will just have to wait for your eyes to stabilize and then consult an eye doctor to see if you are a good candidate.

Unfortunately there isn't much you can do to prevent your eyes from progressively getting worse.  Carrots, exercises, and staying away from computers won't change the shape or size of your eyes.
