I am guessing that you mean that you have a disability.  Try the site below. It lets you put in information and it will automatically search for matching college funds.

Or, try entering these words in the search window:"scholarships for people with a disability"  I found hundreds of possibilities.  Start with fastweb first, it will eliminate a lot of them if they do not match your profile.
