My dog ate a marrow bone?

My dog ate a marrow bone..including the bone! it was pretty big, and he chewed up the bone and ate it in less than an hour...what do i do? will he be okay?

it should be too bad...just check his stomach just to make sure that he digested it...and be prepared to let him out a lot.

Of course your dog will be okay don't worry.  In fact you can purchase bones with marrow in them at the pet stores.  If it was a beef bone or pork bone even better.  A lot of people to save money will save the bone from roasts and dry it out for their dogs.  

My only concern is chicken bones.  They are very soft and tiny and they are the types of bones that tend to get caught in the throat.  

Other than that sounds like your dog had quite the treat :)
