My dog runs away!! HELPZ!?

PLZ help, my dog keeps escaping my back yard. It is a Chihuahua about, I dont know, half a foot tall. We dont want 2 use electric fence because I have a baby brother and also 2 other young siblings that could get hurt. Any suggestions? I know my mom would no want anything hillbilly looking.

You can get a tie-out wire to keep him tied in the yard. As long as he has good shelter and isn't left there all the time it should function the same as the fence, but a little better. You'll also have to take care that he doesn't get tangled.

I wouldn't use a an real electric fence for a dog, but using an invisible fence it's electric but uses radio signals so is safe for your siblings.

There are several companies that make them.
