My eyelid has been twitching?

Question

Anybody every have this problem? It started 2 weeks ago for me in my right eye. My dad told me that is good luck. But seriously it is annoying the heck out of me.

haha well i dont know if its good luck to be winking at people all the time but that happens to me! its usually because i dont get enough sleep.

This happened to me about 6 months ago, lasted for about 3 months. Gets really annoying. apparently its from not drinking enough water.

are you a coffee drinker? like, do you drink at least 3 cups a day? if so, go easy on the caffeine. it causes those little muscle twitches (fasciculations). also, be sure to get enough sleep. if it really persists, and you begin to have other eye or neural symptoms, then please do see a doctor.
